Booking questions
To help faster, include booking number, email used, holder name, activity date, and a clear description of the question.
Payment questions
If your payment is pending, rejected, or you do not see confirmation, send us the booking number and any available proof. We will review the status reported by dLocal Go or the relevant provider.
Private transport and groups
For transfers, events, or corporate services, use the transport page form or write with date, origin, destination, number of passengers, and estimated luggage.
