By browsing, registering, or booking, you accept these terms and related policies.
Bookings
Bookings depend on availability, approved payment, and correct traveler details.
Secure payments
Online payments are processed through dLocal Go or other enabled providers.
Acceptance of terms
By using new-tours-web, creating an account, starting a booking, or making a payment, you accept these terms and conditions, the privacy policy, the cancellation policy, and the specific conditions of each activity.
If you act on behalf of another person, group, agency, or company, you state that you have sufficient authorization to accept these terms for them.
User account and data
- You must provide true, complete, and updated information.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
- New Tours may request additional data when needed to confirm a booking, issue documentation, or comply with operational, migration, tax, anti-fraud, or payment gateway requirements.
Bookings and service delivery
- Bookings are subject to actual seat availability and payment confirmation when applicable.
- Scheduled-departure activities must be booked at least 24 hours in advance, unless a different rule is shown in the listing.
- The traveler must arrive at the informed time and place. No-show may result in losing the service without refund.
- New Tours may reschedule or cancel services due to weather, force majeure, safety, operational changes, or authority instructions.
Prices, currency, and taxes
Published prices may be shown in the user's selected currency or in a reference currency. The final amount is displayed before payment confirmation.
Depending on the country and payment method, dLocal Go or another provider may display installments or request additional payer information.
Payments with dLocal Go
- For online payments, New Tours may redirect the buyer to dLocal Go's secure checkout.
- New Tours does not store full card details or banking credentials.
- A payment may remain pending, approved, rejected, expired, or cancelled according to the provider response.
- The booking remains subject to confirmation when the provider reports an approved payment and the system validates availability.
Cancellations and refunds
The applicable policy depends on whether the activity allows free cancellation and how far in advance the customer requests cancellation.
General rules are published in the cancellation policy and may be complemented by specific conditions visible on each activity.
User responsibility
- Review dates, times, traveler names, documents, hotel, meeting point, and contact details before confirming.
- Inform mobility, health, special luggage, minors, or other needs before service delivery.
- Follow safety, punctuality, and conduct instructions during the experience.
Changes to these terms
New Tours may update these terms to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. The current version will be the one published on this page.
