Data we may collect

- Payment data: transaction identifiers, payment status, amount, currency, country, chosen method, and payer data required by the provider.

- Process bookings, payments, cancellations, refunds, and operational communications.

Who we share data with
We may share data with tourism operators, transport providers, guides, technology providers, email services, analytics, authentication, customer support, and payment gateways such as dLocal Go, only to the extent needed to operate the service.
We may also share information when there is a legal obligation, valid authority request, or need to defend rights.
Payment data
Online payments are processed by dLocal Go or other enabled providers. New Tours receives payment states and identifiers to confirm bookings and manage refunds, but does not store full card details or banking credentials.
Retention
We keep data for the time needed to provide the service, handle claims, comply with legal obligations, and maintain operational, accounting, and security records.
Data subject rights
You may request access, rectification, update, deletion, objection, or restriction of processing where applicable under relevant law.
