New Tours processes online payments through dLocal Go to offer local methods according to country, currency, and available configuration.

Available methods depend on payer country and active configuration.
Automatic confirmation
The booking is confirmed when we receive an approved payment status.
Payment provider
New Tours uses dLocal Go as payment gateway to process online charges in enabled countries and currencies.
During payment, dLocal Go may request payer data, document, phone, country, address, or additional information needed to validate the transaction.
Available methods
Methods may include credit cards, debit cards, transfers, vouchers, or other local methods depending on selected country, currency, merchant configuration, and provider rules.
If a method does not appear at checkout, it may not be available for that country, currency, or amount.
Payment currency
The final amount is shown before payment and remains in the currency selected on the website unless the user changes the currency before starting checkout.
Payment states
- Pending: payment was created but has not yet been approved.
- Approved: the provider confirmed the charge and the booking can proceed to confirmation.
- Rejected, cancelled, or expired: the booking is not confirmed and you may try again if availability remains.
Security
New Tours does not store full card numbers or banking credentials. Sensitive information is entered in the payment provider environment.
Receipts
After an approved operation, we will send the booking confirmation to the email provided. If you need additional documentation, contact support.
